For many years, we used a management company to handle all bookings, repairs, cleaning, and so on. And most of those years we found the service fell short of our expectations, and many times short of our guests' expectations. So the answer was to do it ourselves. This has been a win-win for everyone, and has resulted in a better experience and guests wanting to come back!
