The view is equally impressive from the inside with stunning views from the family room, kitchen, primary suite, and second bedroom. Both the primary and the second bedroom provide access to your inviting balcony. The primary suite also wows with a soaking tub, and all bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
Making it easy to prepare delicious meals, the well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances. The laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer, is right off the kitchen.
This ideal location is 12.3 miles from St Pete/Clearwater Airport, 20.1 miles from Tampa International Airport, and is adjacent to the highly-rated Sandpearl Resort Hotel (sharing the same developer). No need to even get in the car with plenty of fabulous restaurants - from fine dining to fun dining, plenty of ice cream and pizza joints; Pier 60, entertainment, and shopping areas all within walking distance. All guests shall abide by Mandalay Beach Club's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
One guest per calendar month is permitted.
All guests are required to complete an online application 30 days prior to arrival.
All guests are responsible for the $150 application fee paid directly to the condo association.
The complex requires a background and credit check.
Parking notes: Included is 1 designated parking spot for the condo.
Guest spots available through Security personnel when entering the garage. Street parking available too at an hourly rate.
